Class Guidelines

  • Please try to arrive a 5-10 minutes before the start of the class. This ensures that there is minimal disruption for others and allows me to keep everyone safe and settled.

  • Please bring your own yoga mat if you can; if this is your first class then I can provide a mat to borrow in the first instance.

  • For indoor classes: I recommend bringing a drink and a blanket with you for the relaxation. You don’t need any other specific props.

  • For woodland classes: I recommend wearing layers and bringing a waterproof layer. You may also wish to bring a drink and a blanket with you for the relaxation; or in colder months, even a warm sleeping bag to cosy down in. You don’t need any other specific props.

  • Please switch off your mobile phone before the class.

 

Bookings and Payment

  • Payment must be made and a health form be completed before you attend class. If you are unable to complete the Health Form online then I can provide a paper copy.

  • All of my classes are pay as you go with no need to commit to blocks of classes; however payment must be made in advance of the class.

  • Class-series offers must be paid up front and taken in accordance with any terms applied through your booking.

 

Cancellation

  • If you can no longer attend a class you have booked please note the following:

    • Cancellations for classes can be made through my booking system. with more than 48 hours notice you can receive a full refund. If you want to move your booking to another day then please arrange this direct with me rachel@earthedyoga.uk as I can move your booking in the system without need for the refund.

    • If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice then a refund or transfer is not possible.

    • If for any reason you cannot attend on the day of a woodland class, please text me on 07743391771 as I will be unable to check other messaging systems in the woods.

    • If I need to cancel a class due to extremely low temperatures or high winds on the day of a class then I will give at least 2 hours notice. I will then offer you an alternative date or a refund.
