Harden Moor Woodland Class Access Details
Please arrive in plenty of time for your class (note the start time on your booking confirmation).
Location & Access
The class will take place in the woods adjacent to Harden Moor.
Access and Parking: Please park in Harden Moor car park which is just off Keighley Road.. The what3words reference for the car park is ///windy.owners.props
You can park for free here but there are limited spaces. You can of course park in Harden Village and make your way up on foot via Moor Edge High Side (let me know if you need directions)
I will meet you 10 minutes before the class start time near the gate from the car park onto the moor. There will be a short walk down into the woodlands. Please note that we will set off promptly at the class start time.

What to Bring
Weather: Prepare for all weather and bring layers. The ground may be damp, plus we never know about showers. The best way to stay comfortable is to bring plenty of layers and a waterproof coat and or trousers as well as a hat, scarf and gloves in colder months.
Equipment: Bring a yoga or camping mat and blankets or a even a sleeping bag to wrap up in for the relaxation/meditation part of the class. Make sure you have equipment that you don't mind using outside on the woodland floor. You do not need any other specific equipment, but please wear comfortable clothes and footwear and bring a hot drink in a flask if you would like to warm up during the class.
Facilities: The nearest public toilet facility is near the playground in the middle of St Ives which is a fair walk or drive away so please do use the facilities before you arrive if you can.
Cancellation
Please note that the class will go ahead in all weathers. Cancellation will only take place if it is not safe to be in the woodland; usually only in extremely high winds or extreme low temperatures. If the class is cancelled I will let you know at least 2 hours before the class starts. Should you be unable to attend on the day, please text me on 077433 91771 as I cannot check other messaging channels in the woods.
